Toronto to Beijing Over the North Pole
We made it to China 10 minutes behind schedule.
Nothing eventful to report except that the family from Moncton lost all their checked luggage just like we did in 2003 . It was a dull long flight that took us from Toronto up over James and Hudsons Bays , over Baffin Island and Ellesmere island , over the pole and down through Russia and Mongolia to Beijing.
The food was suprisingly good.
The 5 star hotel we are in is in the middle of no where and the rooms are not the cleanest I have ever been in.
Going to get some sleep. Got none on the plane. A small boy traveling with us kicked our chairs all the way here.
One thing to note we are 13 hours ahead of Toronto time.
